    Worked in Alexa web-based QA team under the supervision of Alessandro Moschitti.

    Built a ticket categorization pipeline and resolution recommendation model using ML and NLP tools to improve the efficiency of IBM internal customer support system.

    Conducted applied machine learning and NLP research with Prof. Kyunghyun Cho, Prof. Arthur Spirling and Prof. Michael Gill at NYU Center for Data Science and Prof. Alyssa Wise at NYU Steinhardt School of Education.

    Built the bank’s first machine learning model and big data pipeline to assess commercial lending risk, i.e. default rate of small business loans.
